Size Guide

Forme Studio's pieces are cut for a relaxed silhouette — designed to be worn slightly loose, with room to move. Sizing is gender-neutral and applies across all body types. Order your true size for the intended fit, or size up for a more oversized look.

How to Measure

Take your body measurements with a flexible tape measure, holding it parallel to the floor and snug but not tight against the body.

  • ChestWrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, just under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Keep the tape level and relaxed — not compressed.
  • WaistMeasure around your natural waist, which sits roughly one inch above your navel. Stand relaxed; do not hold your breath.
  • HipMeasure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, typically 7–9 inches below your natural waist. Keep feet together.
  • InseamMeasure from the crotch seam straight down the inside of the leg to the floor, or to your preferred pant break.

Compare your body measurements to the garment measurements above. Because our pieces are cut with added ease, most people will find their true size fits as intended.

Fit Note

These pieces are intentionally cut with extra ease — the measurements above reflect the garment, not the body inside it. If you are between sizes, size up.

Organic cotton has a natural tendency to reduce slightly after washing — typically around 1% with proper care. To maintain fit over time, wash cold and air dry. Full care instructions are in the Organic Cotton Care Guide.
